No, I don't think so. Some of them have the odd article online but not a
systematic collection of all issues of their journals. The American Cichlid
Association had a commercial company put their journal on CD. As I
understand it, the costs were so high that the project was pretty much a
disaster. I bought a copy of the CD when they were just about giving them
away in order to move unsold stock and recoup something of the huge cost
involved. I am sure someone out there will know more about that than I do.
