Just make sure you rinse them well or I expect that they would be  very
salty.  Perhaps, like caviar you would want to spread the BBS over  lightly
buttered toast points or crackers instead of eating them by the  spoonful.

I just heard a lecture by a college professor who while in Columbia fried  up 
the Tetra's he caught. He said they tasted like potato chips. :)
