I keep them on the floor in the basement and they seem to do better than
in the fridge. Maybe because of the bigger dishpan/sieve combo. However, they
do not seem to multiply and of course I get no daphnia and mosquito larvae as
a bonus. What, if anything, do you add as food? Perhaps worm chow or potatoes
would work.
