[Killietalk] Annual survey

AS the BNL has started to arrive and the eBNL has gone out, I have 
activated the links to the annual survey on the AKA web site. You will 
find a link in the nav bar at the top of the pages. Alternatively, there 
is a link under Annual Surveys in the left column.

The survey is accessible only by AKA members. We look forward to all 
members completing the survey, either online or on paper.
