Fred, thank you for the information . I'm so fortunate.  My fish room  is 
basically in my living room right next my propane heater that takes air from  the 
inside and puts heat back into the outside - actually it takes in air from  
both inside and outside.  Never had a problem with humidity only with  having 
to refill the tanks too often with fresh rain and/or tap well  water.  Ed
