For me, the best method to use is to incubate the eggs in chlorine tap water for a few days. I actually incubate the eggs in chlorine tap water all the way; daily I inspect eye-up eggs and transfer them into another container that contains de-chlorine water. Those fungus eggs (eg. most likely are infertile), just pick it up and dump it away. This way, I don't have to mess with chemicals and so forth. I manage to get high percentage of viable eggs using this method. Thanks to Lee Harper for this method.
