This reminds me to notify you all that we expect next month to stop 
sending the paper BNL to those who are subscribed to the eBNL. Some 
technical issues needed to be solved and tested before we did so. That 
is now done so we can begin this process.

The eBNL has the potential to realize savings in printing and mailing 
costs. Any savings will allow the AKA to delay future increases in dues. 
Furthermore, the eBNL is the most dependable and timely way to get the 
publication. It is not subject to the delays of the mail system. 
Therefore, I'd like to encourage those that haven't yet signed up for 
the eBNL to do so. Please go to 
http://www.actwin.com/mailman/listinfo/aka-announce to sign up.

Having said that, I want to assure you that the BOT is not currently 
considering a dues increase. I refer above to potential future 
increases. There is also no intent to discontinue the paper BNL. If you 
really prefer to get the paper version, you will do so.
