Hi Folks ...

As you know - for the past several months the eBNL and the Paper version 
have been sent to all those who are on the electronic mail list.  The 
reasoning behind this was simply the initial inability to separate the 
mailing list from the one used by the JAKA which was the one used for all 
AKA mailings.  Thanks to the assistance of Barry Cooper's son, the technical 
problems have been ironed out and in October, those folks on the electronic 
list will only receive the eBNL and no longer get copies of the paper 
version in the mail.  This is create a savings for the AKA in both the 
publishing of the paper version as well as mailing costs.

   If you have not signed up for the eBNL - you should seriously consider 
doing so at this time.  The real benefit is that you will receive the eBNL 
the same day as all others signed up for it.  Even though we try to time the 
electronic version with the paper version, the paper BNL is subject to the 
whims of the postal service and can be delayed considerably.

  I hope this clears up some misconceptions about why some received both.
