Re: [Killietalk] Feeding Grindalls

Hi Edd,

I do not know what the best is, but I have fed the food for earthworms that you can buy at any department store that sells fishing gear. Look for the styrofoam worm boxes, and you will find the food nearby. It grows earthworms, including the dwarf red worms, pretty fast. I cannot tell you the ingredience, but I think it is outstanding worm food. I have fed it to grindals, whites, dwarf, and redworms. It holds up well in the peatmoss/soil mixture with minimal molding. I think it has a mold inhibitor. Anyway, I think that is still cheap and worth a try. In fact, I am going to get some this weekend since I have been using old fishfood lately, which also works.
