Actually NEW has always been the weekend following Columbus Day ... 
generally around the 15th. I believe the reason it was selected to be the 
holiday weekend this year was because the clubs hosting it liked the extra 
day of travel to do the breakdown and not be forced to rush home late on 
Sunday since they travel further than the UNYKA members normally have to..
