It depends on your goal for cleaning that tank.

If you are trying to remove algae build up, I would go with the bleach.

If you are trying to remove mineral deposits, I would go with the vinegar.

I not sure why you would use salt. Is it to kill bacteria or critter? I think the bleach would also do that.
