[Killietalk] Cyclop-eeze UPDATE

Hello All,

Hey just wanted to update yall after a few weeks of trialling the 
cyclop-eeze wafers.  These are being used primarily on my adults and Juvie 
killies.

What I have found has been incredibly shocking.  EVERYONE EATS IT!! A 
"flake" type feed that killies actually attack.  Although it can only make 
up 20% of the diet per label recommendations it is a step in the right 
direction.

Even my diapteron female CYA is taking it from the surface.  A true feet in 
itself.

I have also found that it has assisted in transitioning a few species over 
to other types of flake food.

My only concern is the 60% protein.  Not only in light of that being far 
above a normal standard but also in terms of potential over feeding and 
ammonia spikes.  So feed sparingly.

Thus far it seems to already be enhancing coloration in a few species, Most 
notably my son's VERY orange female gardneri nsukka, and my son's amieti 
male.    It will be interesting to see the long term effects it has on 
coloration.

I would think that 60% protein along with the Omega 3 FA's it would greatly 
improve fecundity and fertility.  Not to mention greatly improve growth 
rates in juveniles but also make them better breeders once they hit 
maturity.
