I use oxygen tablets every time I hatch annuals. Personally I use JBL
Oxytab.
Method: crush the tablet into fine powder spread the powder above the peat
then add water.
One tablet for 2-3 hatch depends on amount of peat.
I found it working fine and the number of belly is reduced even if you hatch
too late.

I had also heard that some belly could be recovered adding more oxy
powder to water within 24 hours from hatch but I can't say if it's true or
not
