I agree with Barry but to be honest I have found that it is easier to feed infusoria which I add to the hatching water , with micro-worms . I think that this way there is less chance of poor hatching results as the fry have a ready food source straight away.
By all means move the fry from the peat and re-dry , but at times if you have had a good first hatch you may find that you do not have enough tank space.
It`s good practise to move the fry within a few days of hatching as cleaning is easier , use apple snails for this.
The infusoria culture that I use is actually GREEN WATER and when I hatch Corydorus cats in this I don`t feed the fry till the water clears , have done it this way for years and breed many hundred cats yearly with no problems. But what works for me may not work for you.

protozoan disease), which the salt combats, can kill fry quickly and
without obvious signs. Most people in the US use 1/2 to one teaspoonful
per gallon. If your aquarium water is fairly hard, you can get away with
1/2 tsp. A few people don't use salt for Nothos, yet succeed. Most
people do use it.
The fry can take newly hatched brine shrimp if they truly are newly
hatched. That is, collect the nauplii as soon as you can after hatching.
My own set-up is on a 24 hour cycle. I run two hatchers, hatching the
brine shrimp twice a day and collecting the nauplii 24 hours, more or
less, after I dunk the cysts (bs eggs) in the brine. When I have small
fry to feed, I turn off the air to a hatcher that has been hatching for,
say, 14-16 hours. I allow the newly hatched shrimp to settle, collect a
small quantity, then turn the air on again to hatch the rest. Those
shrimp collected on a "short cycle" will be very recently hatched and as
small as they'll ever be. By the way, my system has an incandescent bulb
shining on the hatchers, up fairly close, so the heat and light hasten
hatching. My shrimp are fully hatched at 24 hours.
Feed the shrimp very sparingly. Many people over-feed them. Dead shrimp
in the hatching container encourages Velvet. I also get the fry off the
peat as soon as I can, generally within a couple of days. That allows me
to put them in a clean fry box to which I add some snails to clean up
any uneaten shrimp. I can also clean those boxes easily, which I can't
if the fry are still over the peat.
You may want to re-dry the peat and try hatching again in a few weeks.
You probably will get a good second hatch.
