It seems that a number of people got two copies this month. One 
possibility is that it was sent out twice. Let's see what happens next 
month. If dupes happen again, I'll look into possible reasons.

Regarding discontinuing the paper version, we are working on a mechanism 
to not include the eBNL subscribers in the downloaded mailing list. You 
will appreciate that the mailing list changes every month, with new 
members, dropped members, address changes, etc. It is not quite as 
simple as it looks.
