Hi Ron,  That was built in defiance of the Property Owners Association
(APO) rules. They could make me tear it out as we are not supposed to
have "Pools or Ponds, in ground or above ground, of any kind."  So far I
haven't been approached about enforcement probably because they have
"bigger fish to fry". There's a little bit of rebellion left in me yet.
My wife hasn't quite made me a eunuch. Close but no cigar. Doesn't stop
her from trying however. Then there is the mother in law( in house);
