At the recent convention Bill Shenefelt put in a plea to make access to 
the Registry & Classifieds more transparent. One has to be logged on  to 
use the registry (whether an AKA member or a non-member registered user 
of the site). This is necessary to prevent the forms being spammed. Bill 
"complained" that a user that is not logged on can't even see the link.

So ... I have changed things such that the link to the registry is 
visible to anonymous users, but when they click on Browse the Registry, 
they are taken to a page explaining that they must log on. Users who are 
already logged on will instead be taken directly to the registry.

Bill, tell me what you think.
