I'm glad to hear the paper BNL is starting to arrive.  I have not received 
mine yet.  Hopefully, next month we should have all of the kinks out of the 
system and the majority of BNLs should arrive in your mailboxes prior to the 
10th of the month.
We should be able to work out the rest of the kinks in timing with the 
electronic BNL once we have the timing with the mail house settled and the 
eBNL will be released 2 days after the paper mailing takes place in an 
attempt to be within a reasonable parameter for everyone.
