[Killietalk] IV bag Tubing flow restrictor

Hey while I'm shamelessly annoying the list for knowledge....
I'm looking for those thingies that reduce/cut off the flow to like IV bags
(it's plastic and shaped like a "@" sign, the tube goes through it and one
uses the thumb to "click-it" down, thereby pinching the tube)

...medical folk is there a more accurate name besides clamp? (the wife
actually purchases medical supplies and she don't know)
