Joe what don't i under stand. Are you saying e-BNL will cost more if we send 
50 pages or 20 pages ?? Please explain . My point is your forcing the 
membership in to it. If you want the BNL on time you must go e-BNL & thats 
^%$%#$. If the BOT wants to go that way then give the membership some 
incentive to change over. That way the AKA get something & also the 
members.What there doing Now  is discrimination
