Re: [Killietalk] West Coast Weekend
I second Pat's comments. It was a wonderful event, marred only by one or
two curmudgeons who would question it if they won the lottery.
Nice folks in a happy event. There were ample choice of fishes (except
for ANN, of course) and some really good presentations. I was
particularly pleased with John Boylan's last-minute substitution, as I
want to go visit Panama one of these days. He put me into total
information overload!
WCW was, IMHO, a resounding success, and we owe all involved a huge vote
of thanks.
Thanks,
Wright

The free market is not a panacea. It does not eliminate old age, and it won't guarantee you a date for Saturday night. Private enterprise is fully capable of awful screw-ups. But both theory and practice indicate that its screw-ups are less pervasive and more easily corrected than those of government enterprises, including regulatory ones. -- Gene Callahan
