Name of the game with almost all of the killies is "let them alone".  Raise 
them in a big enough tank to house the bunch and don't move them except to 
either a pair breeding tank or a bag to go away.  When they grow up they 
develop a pecking order.  If moved even as a group, it gets re established, 
except by larger stronger better toothed fish.  This is a gularis, dried of 
course.
