Re: [Killietalk] Subject: Re: portable RO unit
The advantage of Spectrapure, is that you can obtain replacement filter
cartridges, RO membranes and parts at many GOOD aquarium stores. The store I
work at stocks parts and complete units.

Ron Harlan does not have a website, but you can e-mail him. Ron spoke at
the recent Arizona Cactus Killie Cook-Out about RO units. I have one of
Ron's units and I highly recommend him.
I might also add that Ron considers SpectraPure is be a very ethical
competitor. Both Back to Nature Filtration and SpectraPure have supported
killifish events (including the just concluded 2007 West Coast Weekend).
That is a good reason to patronize them.
BTW, do everyone a favor and let either of these two know you are doing
business with them because of their support for killifish clubs and events.
Companies need to know that we appreciate them.

I have used units from these folks and they are high quality:

Ron Harlan had a company called Back to Nature Filtration but I have not
been able to find a website. His RO units were very good also.
