Re: [Killietalk] Aquabid
Larry, we can really see what came in ( was offered in N&R) and can ask
members what was purchased. As soon as I can get to the BNL archives I
would volunteer to list the N&R offerings this past year or two. From that
we could guess on expenditures. I know things were underway in the fall
of 2004 since I sent fish in then. What I sent were to cost about $250
including express shipping and were to be sold for sell for $340. From
Brian on what I sent him "
Bill,
I am off to the P.O. Once again, thanks for your patience. I am sending a
new box back with the cash inside. When I get back from the P.O. I will send
the tracking #
Best,
bp
P.S. NO mortality from the Calibar, yet! Amazing fish!
I can look up what was offered but I cannot ask each aka member personally
what they bought. They would have to respond ! If anything like the
response I got on here for who missed out on what, it is unlikely we will
ever know what was sold. Thing is you must remember, $6 grand is not a lot
of money for N&R. Figure a single shipment can run about 1/10th of that
That means you should be off and running with about 5 or 6 offerings and
have a buffer of 3 or 4 to run the program. Now if no one buys the fish,
that can kill the program real quick.
