No Lee, I have not looked, because I did not know it was there. The
forums have been sort of dead, so I don't cruise by very often. [I find
them impossibly hard on the eyes.]
I didn't see it mentioned in the BNL. Was it?
This is the first mention I recall seeing of it on killietalk. [Memory
still my 2nd-shortest thing, of course! :-)]
Naturally, I'll go look, now. I bet not many do, tho.
I had just picked it as a topic that might fit the affiliate articles.
That kind of information can be most exciting for the next club over, if
they do frequent exchanges.
Pause...
I looked.
Half the lists are 3 months out of date, and only your group's was very
long. [Of course if my club had that many fish at the Jan. meeting, I
might not want to update it very soon, either. :D]
Texas was the closest group I saw to the left coast. :-(
I was surprised to see none of the Latin names in italics. Surely the
forums allow some minimal formatting, don't they?
As far as the visual problem, it could well be my browser (Mozilla) but
the colors and typography are enough to cage one's eyeballs. Dark orange
letters on a blue background have quite poor contrast and take little
advantage of the colors the human eye can actually best focus on. A wee
tiny sans-serif typeface is also harder to read for us old farts. There
is something to be said for Courier or Times New Roman in black letters
on a white background. No?
