Re: [Killietalk] BNL

" Where are all these young guns?? they must

We all know playing with ones "electrons" leads to blindness...
And speaking of not seeing things; perhaps a few of you are not seeing that
"killietrader", Aquabid and Ebay are "outperforming" the BNL by a wide
margin, and for a reason...

I saw something on Animal Planet or somewhere; that there is a country in
south West Africa that figured out the best way to protect it's wildlife was
by "commercializing" them...same principle applies in spades to the
"non-commercial" killies we raise....

..and BTW, sure the "standards" may be lower, and the scammers may be
lurking, but by-n-large there is no subjective BS on Aquabid someone needs
to pass in order to obtain a fish...you got the cheese, you get the
fish...if you kill a rare fish, the seller still has incentive to keep
raising & distribute them elsewhere...regardless, even odds a "rare" fish
has a good chance of being bred or killed via distribution on Aquabid as
opposed to distributing to "know breeders" via the current N&R process..

Besides money is dang good "driver" (and BTW, for every fish I sell
personally, I at least give away 3)

Speaking of supporting the AKA, I support the AKA via a $25 fee, anymore its
obvious any suggestion on how to spend those funds (esp from the "young
guns") is wholesaled as "whinning & b*tching" or a threat to tradition...

Is it possible the BNL & F&EL is a dinosaur that has been surpassed by
bigger, better, faster venues to distribute fish? Maybe the "young guns"
aren't the only ones playin with sumthin and going blind <LOL>

BTW, personally I'm not that young, I just look good for 45 or 46 (guess
releasing those electrons do some good eh?) <Chuckle>
