I recommend you also include intake piping so you can fill them all at once. 
You've already addressed drainage. Your intake could start at a sink with a 
split (Y) valve. One side of the Y would connect to a high output RO system. 
The product water from the RO could be extended (refrigerator icemaker 
tubing) 50 or 100 feet so you could direct it into an overhead storage 
barrel (55 gal on a stable 4x4 platform), from which it could drain from a 
drilled overflow into a distribution pipe network over your tanks. You could 
run the RO every day for an hour or two and accomplish nice water changes 
with minimal work. Wish I'd done this, but now it's too late to retrofit my 
fish room. You could also save the RO wastewater for other purposes, like 
makeup water for non-softwater fish tanks.
