I just found these at Harbour Freight.  They are only $8.99.  I have two
more of these that I paid more than 2x more for.  This is a nice timer that
is feature rich for the price. The timer is easy to set. It offers a
rechargeable battery backup, dual outlets, an on indicator LED, and more
programing setpoints than you really need. You have the option for 8 on and
8 off cycles per day. This timer even has two grounded receptacles for
running multiple lighting ballasts.
