Without a doubt:  BAG BUDDIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have used them for years!
1)  adds oxygen
2)  neutralizes ammonia
3)  minor sedation

Anyone have experience in shipping  fish using tranquilizers ?  In 
particular I refer to (perhaps) dozens of fry within the same bag via 
the mails.
