[Killietalk] JAKA quarterly?
While I don't always seem to get my all issues, or at least not always
timely fashion (more or less), I'm hardly complaining, as when JAKA arrives,
it's unexpected and I find the content to be a continual improvement over
the already very good reading...
But just to toss an idea out there:
I wonder what the impact would be on the subscriber base if the issues were
slightly reduced to a "quartley" format vs. the 6 issues/yr we currently
"enjoy"....
Heck off the cuff: (if my math is right),that = a 33% savings in postage
alone...so perhaps roll that money doe into even better content/delivery (or
more pics, larger pages, whatever, et)...
I mean if it would equate to a cost/benefit gain, or if not an "improvement"
(if it is one) to a 8.5 X 11" std magazine format...this is of course w/o
actually reducing the total no# of pages annually...perhaps even an increase
(given the time-to-press & monetary savings)...
Again, not being "critical" (since the product "As is" is totally
acceptable), but given the alleged current punctuality of the thing, I
personally wouldn't even notice a difference
