[Killietalk] breeding rivulus xiphidius
Hi Kyle
My recommendation is a pale colored mop - either yellow, light tan or pink. The key to a young pair of xiphs is that they don't think about the act until after they have eaten. So feed them, wait an hour or so and check their mops. My water is pretty hard, but it isn't alkaline - that might be something that you should alter - try some peat moss (aka Earl's trick) or some blackwater extract. Put them up midway or higher on a rack, if you are using a stand.
