Gonopodium: Particular to the Live-bearing tooth carps, the gonopodium is
a modified anal fin of male fish that has been converted into a genital
organ.

   By definition, the gonopodium would be a single fin.  The first picture
from aquabid shows the two pelvic fins, though the second ray is
tougher to see.  Thre out of the four smaller photos appear to me to be
definitely matched pelvic fins.  However, the fish does show a good
resemblence to a live bearer.
