I assume that being at the nature center would also automatically put you in
their schedule of events in the newsletters they send out, so you'd get a
little advertising to their members as well. If they put out a paper
newsletter, find out what their circulation is and ask if you can include a
color flyer for the show.
The next big question to ask is a question of convienience. Is the new
location more or less convienient for those involved and especially those
attending. Are hotel accomodations just as close and easy to get to as the
old site? Access to restuarants, shops, etc. If it's much less
convienient, you may see your attendance drop a bit, which I think is more
important than attracting new members.
