Re: [Killietalk] Show and New Members + Old Members
While new members are critical to any hobby organization to keep the
traditions going, the retention of old members should be one of the
major goals. If the old guys don't stick around to show the "newbies"
the ropes a lot of lore and information gets lost in the
shuffle. In perusing the membership rosters of past years, the AKA
has persisted in 1000 member mark for a long time and now it has
slowly dropped off to the 850 +/- level..
