I don't know about yahoo, but with hotmail I have about the same problem but 
I can go into the "junk mail" folder and tell it killitalk is a list I 
belong to and it lets it through.  Hotmail also allows access via Outlook 
express, my Mom uses that, I choose not to.  I would rather use the web 
interface and be able to access my e-mail from anywhere rather than just my 
home computer.

I would think you should be able to access your yahoo account and go into 
that folder to tell yahoo you want to receive those messages.  The problem 
is the e-mail is not from killietalk, I don't know if you can identify it by 
the "reply-to" or something else.  Every SPAM filter I have seen has some 
way to identify mislabeled SPAM, as most e-mail provider based systems are 
pretty trigger happy.

Someone out there must be using Yahoo!
