Re: [Killietalk] A. Bitaeniatum (Ijebu-Ode)

Something else I just found. On Tim Addis's site
http://www.killifish.f9.co.uk/Killifish/Killifish%20Website/Ref_Library/Aphy
osemion/A.bitaeniatum.htm click the Ijebu-Ode link on the left frame with
the locations codes, and a few different Ijebu-Ode pictures will come up.
There does seem to be some variability in the amout of mint-green in the
anal fin along with some other differences, I'm sure.

Hi all, this past spring and summer I received fish and eggs of the species

mentioned. They are not the same. I received the fish from the Michigan
Killifish Association Co-operative listing via Karl Doering and the eggs
from
Karl Walter out of Canada. There is a substantial difference in the size,
finnage and coloring. Which is right? Ed Brandt
