Brine shrimp would be easy.
Daphnia would be entertain. I had some in my classroom.
I breed cory catfish and bought the fry home each week. They saw the eggs and the newly hatched fry. I moved them to a seperate tank.
Also I had some african clawed frog tadpoles. I kept in a tank of green water.
Bettas will breed fairly easy.
Here are a few ideas.
