The AKA website is done with "LAMP" technology, nothing from Microsoft.
The problem you had with Netscape was due to it's age. A lot of newer
technologies just don't work with old browsers. Any recent browser should
work fine with the site. If anyone has a repeatable problem viewing
something on the AKA site, I'd be very interested in getting some details
off list to try to replicate (and fix) the issue.

My browser of choice is Firefox (the descendent of Netscape Navigator) and
it works great on all the pages at aka.org. If you don't like or trust IE
for any reason, I really recommend that you give Firefox a try.
