[Killietalk] azolla (was duckweed)

never heard of the stuff so I did a quick google.  the first hit talks about azolla "duckweed fern" and how it has an inseperable symbiotic relationship with cyanobacteria.  not really excited about that since I'm always fighting to keep cyanobacteria out of my tanks rather than introduce it.  
   
  I'm also curious if anyone else has used azolla in a tank.  I didn't really read the article, more like skimmed it and it seemed like it would be more of a pest than duckweed can be.  I wonder if it would actually help control cyanobacteria rather than cause it to spread..  need to do some more reading on it, Kyle
