    I cannot answer your question except to confirm that I have not received 
one and really would like to have one. I recognize that it is outdated as soon 
as printed, but, I can carry it with me and I cannot carry the on line 
version. Plus my access to the Internet is limited by my quirky cable connection as 
well as my access to a computer.
