My two cents worth - this product (copepods) is one of the most HUFA-rich of 
all foods, and I highly recommend it. I have the  cans of freeze-dried 
copepods that you are tolking about (the same volumetric size as the 15 oz 
brine shrimp egg cans) and many one pound packages of frozen product. I use 
mostly the frozen, but the powdered is also good as a dry food.
