[Killietalk] Killie breeding outdoors during the summer!!!

Hey everybody, I live in the great northwest and have been toying with the idea of breeding killies in large tubs, outdoors, in the summer months! I am looking for something that is self-contained, low maintenance and inexpensive... Hopefully yielding a large amount of fish at summer's end. Any ideas? I came across an article about a year or two ago but can't remember all of the details or which magazine the article was in lol! 

It had to do with a large tub (container, kiddy pool, tank etc...), active daphnia culture, a few pairs of plant-spawners (suggestions) and a butt-load of live plants!

Any help on finding such an article or any ideas on accomplishing this killie-farming will be much appreciated! Cheers,
