MY only bad experience shipping fish was to Texas a few years ago. The box 
was returned marked as undeliverable because it contained live fish. I was out 
of the country when the box came back and the fish were mostly OK except for 
very thin (one dead) after 3 weeks. I packed up different fish and sent them 
exactly the same way and they arrived fine. The local post office could not 
explain it and refunded the postage. Who can predict what the post office might do 
in Texas?
