[Killietalk] Bringing fish in from Canada to the USA

Does anyone know what rule should be cited to the officers at the border 
when bringing killies back to the US from Canada?  I'm planning on going 
up next weekend, and want to bring a few pairs back.  Anything to make 
the border crossing easier would be appreciated.
