[Killietalk] Glass cleaning again.(round II)

Well I posted here a few months ago and got a suggestion to use white
vinegar. I soaked the(glass tank top) in white vinegar for several
days and the dried it off...but the stains are still present. I've
heard lemon juice is worth a shot. The stuff appears to come off with
the scratching of a pocket knife or razor but that would be far too
time consuming.

Suggestions appreciated again! Could it possibly be permanent?
