That's pretty much exactly what I do, except I aerate the bleach/eggs
mixture with an airstone instead of just soaking. Not sure if it's necessary
or not. If you do it, make sure your airstone is clearly marked and only
used for decapsulating, not sure how easy it is to remove bleach from such a
porous object (perhaps the chlorine just evaporates after some time, don't
know). I use paper coffee filters or paper towel to drain them after. I've
heard the decapsualted eggs can be stored in brine for a few months, but I
get low hatch rates after a few weeks for some reason.
