I'm dumping Nannochloropsis algae concentrate into my Daphnia pool. I'm 
getting loads of bright red Daphnia now. The pool gets no aeration so the 
Daph create more red cells in the blood due to lack of oxygen. I prefer this 
to the hard shelled green form we get from local sources.
Mosquito larvae are very good this year (at least in my back garden). I'm 
messing about with a few halfbeak sp. which really appreciate them.
