  I've historically done relatively few water changes on my daphnia containers, mostly because I haven't wanted to inadvertently toss out bunches of the teeniest ones I can't even see. 
   
  Is there a better method for reducing such losses than pouring all the out-going water through a BBS net and returning the solids to the daphnia container ?
