[Killietalk] Aphyosemion eggs by mail -techniques

I have a question. I want to send some Aphyosemion eggs to a friend (whom I
"met" via killietalk, even if I've never seen the guy;-). I can't send the
eggs in water as it's across an international border. I have been having
lousy hatches with Aphyo eggs on peat. Not enough eggs are making it intact
to their destinations. What artificial media have people been using to send
eggs in or on, if any? Does anyone have any suggestions?
