I apologize, Lee as apparently failed to outline the method of reimbursement 
for expenses. Charles Nunziata (and Hugh Moore, but he was postop and doing 
well, I might add) has the  check book. Simply submit your bills to him and 
he will reimburse you at once. His address is:
